We tell you plainly whether a repair will hold or the slope needs replacing, and price both where it's a real choice.
Tear-Off & Dry-In
Old material stripped, decking checked for soft spots, underlayment and flashing installed before the day ends.
Finish Roof & Ground Sweep
New roofing laid to the manufacturer's pattern, ridge closed, then the perimeter magnet-swept for nails.
