We agree the look you want and confirm safe clearances to the firebox before we settle on mantel size.
Drawing & Written Price
A simple drawing of the mantel and surround with the wood species, finish and price written down.
Build & Dry Fit
Components cut and assembled, then dry-fitted against the wall and scribed to whatever isn't true.
Fix, Fill & Finish
Mantel secured, joints filled, edges caulked and the finish applied so it reads as one built-in piece.
