Layout, Material & Price
Size, board direction and material (pressure-treated or composite) agreed, then written into one price.

Frame It Solid
Footings, posts, beams and joists set to span, with the ledger bolted and flashed against the house.

Decking, Rails & Stairs
Boards run with even gaps, fasteners lined up, rails and stairs built to a comfortable rise before we clean the site.
