Plan, Permits & Price
A plan drawn to size, any permit requirements identified, and the whole build priced in writing.

Base & Structure
Ground prepped and graded, footings set, then posts and beams raised square and braced.

Surface & Finish Details
Surface laid, roof or screen closed in, trim and lighting details finished and the ground cleaned up.
